Item 8.01. Other Events.
On June 16, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing that the record and payment dates for its recently announced special one-time cash dividend of $0.25 per common share have been changed. The new record date is July 7, 2014 and the new payment date is August 8, 2014.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
