Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 16, 2014, the Registrant issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share of common stock. The record date for the dividend is June 30, 2014, and the dividend will be paid on July 7, 2014.
