ITEM 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
On June 16, 2014 the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Intelligent Living Inc. (the “Company”) approved and adopted, effective as of such date, an amendment to the Amended and Restated By-Laws of the Company (the “Bylaws”), in order to conform with the statutes of the State of Nevada.
The foregoing description of the Amended By-Laws is qualified by reference to the full text of the By-Laws, attached hereto as Exhibit 3.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
