Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 13, 2014, representatives of Victory Energy Corporation (the “Company”) made a presentation at the Newport Coast Securities 2014 National Sales & Equity Conference in New York, New York. On June 25, 2014, representatives of Victory Energy Corporation intend to make a presentation at the GHS Energy 100 Energy Conference in Chicago, Illinois. The Company is filing herewith a copy of the presentation as Exhibit 99.1.
