The 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders was held on June 11, 2014. The stockholders: (1) elected all of the Company’s nominees as directors; (2) ratified the appointment of Eide Bailly LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm; and (3) approved the non-binding, advisory resolution on executive compensation.
