On June 9, 2014 Brazil Minerals, Inc. was notified that the Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation which was filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada on May 27, 2014 became effective. The Certificate of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of the Company was filed to increase the number of authorized shares of its Common Stock from 150 million to 300 million shares.
