Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago Industries) is filing herewith a press release issued on June 12, 2014, as Exhibit 99.1 which is included herein. The press release was issued to report that on June 26, 2014, Winnebago Industries anticipates announcing its financial results for its third quarter of Fiscal 2014 ended May 31, 2014. In connection with the announcement, Winnebago Industries will host a conference call on June 26, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. CDT. Details regarding the conference call are contained in the press release included herein.
