Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 12, 2014, RBC Life Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) released the contents of a letter from its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer addressing the Company's recent financial performance. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and the information contained therein is incorporated by reference.
In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information in Item 8.01 of this form 8-K (including the attached Exhibit 99.1), shall not be deemed "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in any registration statement or other disclosure document of the Company filed pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such document.
