Lender Presentation and Memorandum
On June 12, 2014, Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. (“OSG”) made available to potential lenders certain information regarding its business and operations, including summary projections (the “Sources and Uses Summary”) of certain sources and uses of cash of OSG contemplated in connection with OSG’s emergence from bankruptcy. Certain portions of that information (the “Information”) are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and are incorporated herein by reference.
That Information includes certain forward-looking information, which is subject to the risks and uncertainties described in OSG's most recently filed Form 10-K and its other periodic filings with the SEC.
