Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Representatives of senior management of Summer Infant, Inc. (the “Company”) will be conducting meetings with investors beginning June 11, 2014, and will also be presenting at Piper Jaffray’s 34th Annual Consumer Conference. A replay of the audio webcast of the presentation will be available on the “Investor Relations” section of the Company’s website at www.summerinfant.com for approximately 90 days following the presentation. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is the slide presentation to be used at such meetings, which is incorporated herein by reference.
