On June 11, 2014, Chase Bank USA, National Association, Chase Issuance Trust and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association entered into Amendment No. 4 to the Third Amended and Restated Transfer and Servicing Agreement, dated as of December 19, 2007, as amended by Amendment No. 1, dated as of May 8, 2009, Amendment No. 2, dated as of July 9, 2013, and Amendment No. 3, dated as of December 20, 2013.
On June 11, 2014, Chase Issuance Trust and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association entered into Amendment No. 2 to the Second Amended and Restated Asset Pool One Supplement, dated as of December 19, 2007, as amended by the Amendment, dated as of December 20, 2013, to the Third Amended and Restated Indenture, dated as of December 19, 2007, as amended by Amendment No. 1, dated as of July 9, 2013, and Amendment No. 2, dated as of December 30, 2013.
