Officers of WellPoint, Inc. (“WellPoint”) expect to speak with securities analysts and investors during the period commencing on June 10, 2014, and ending on June 30, 2014. During these meetings, the officers expect to reaffirm WellPoint’s net income per share guidance for full year 2014 of greater than $8.50, including net favorable items of $0.10 per share from the first quarter of 2014. This guidance includes no investment gains or losses beyond those recorded during the first quarter of 2014.
