Departure of Certain Officers
On June 9, 2014, Mr. Grigorios Tsourtos resigned as Chief Financial Officer of HCi VioCare (the “Company”). Mr. Tsourtos resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices, but to pursue his personal projects due to the additional demand in that regard. Mr. Tsourtos holds no other positions with the Company.
