Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Diversicare Healthcare Services, Inc. has announced that the Company assumed operations of a 73-bed skilled nursing center in Nicholasville, Kentucky, effective June 1, 2014. The facility will be rebranded as Diversicare of Nicholasville. This newly leased facility is expected to contribute in excess of $4.5 million in revenues annually.
A copy of a press release describing the portfolio transactions is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
