On June 3, 2014, Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, Inc. (the "Company") announced that the Company expects to issue its first quarter of fiscal year 2014 earnings release and expects to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the same period on Friday June 6, 2014, after market close.
