Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 2, 2014, Stericycle, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its board of directors has unanimously selected Daniel V. Ginnetti, currently Stericycle’s Vice President of Corporate Finance, to succeed Frank J.M. ten Brink as Chief Financial Officer effective August 1, 2014. Mr. ten Brink will continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer through the transition to Mr. Ginnetti, and thereafter, will continue at Stericycle as Senior Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions.
