Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 30, 2014 MercadoLibre, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.166 per share, payable to holders of the Company's common stock. This quarterly cash dividend will be paid on July 15, 2014 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2014.
