Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On May 29, 2014, Liberty Interactive Corporation (the "Company") announced that Michael George, President and CEO of QVC, Inc. ("QVC"), will be presenting at the Goldman Sachs Fifth Annual dotCommerce Day on Wednesday, June 4th at 9:00 a.m., E.D.T. at Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York, NY. During his presentation, Mr. George may make observations regarding QVC's financial performance and outlook.
