In the Press Release, the Registrant announced that at the May 29, 2014 Board of Director's Meeting, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share on the common stock of the company. The dividend will be payable on June 26, 2014 to shareholders of record as of June 13, 2014.
