Item 8.01 - Declaration of Dividend
On May 29, 2014, the Registrant issued a press release declaring a dividend a quarterly dividend of $0.48375 per share on Power REIT’s 7.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock payable on June 16, 2014, to shareholder of record on June 9, 2014.
A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
