USA Synthetic Fuel Corporation (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 22, 2014. At the Annual Meeting, three proposals were submitted to, and approved by, the stockholders of the Company. The proposals are described in detail in the Company’s proxy statement on Schedule 14A filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 8, 2014.
