On May 28, 2014, Suffolk Bancorp (the “Company”), parent company of Suffolk County National Bank (the “Bank”), announced that James R. Whitehouse has been promoted to Executive Vice President of the Company and the Bank. Mr. Whitehouse serves as head of the Bank’s Residential, Multifamily and Mixed Use lending groups.
Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is the Company’s press release titled, “Suffolk Bancorp Announces Promotion of James R. Whitehouse to Executive Vice President,” dated May 28, 2014.
