On May 27, 2014, Allergan, Inc. (“Allergan”) posted an investor presentation under the “Investors” section of Allergan’s website detailing its initial concerns about the sustainability of Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc.’s business model. In addition, Allergan issued a press release regarding the presentation.
