Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective May 20, 2014, Paula Boultbee, a named executive officer of Pharmacyclics, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned as an employee of the Company. Paula recently worked together with our collaboration partner Janssen on IMBRUVICA related non-US commercial strategies. We wish her well in her professional career.
