On May 21, 2014, Energy Services of America Corporation (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders. At the Annual Meeting, stockholders considered the election of directors, the ratification of Arnett Foster Toothman P.L.L.C. as the Company’s independent registered public accountants, and two advisory proposals relating to executive compensation.
