On May 21, 2014, Spartan Stores, Inc. d/b/a SpartnNash Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will webcast its 2014 annual shareholder meeting to be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. EDT.
