Representatives of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (“PAA”) and Plains GP Holdings, L.P. (“PAGP”) intend to make a presentation and meet with members of the financial community at the National Association of Publicly Traded Partnerships’ 2014 Master Limited Partnership Investor Conference on Wednesday and Thursday, May 21st and May 22nd, 2014 in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Such presentation will give an overview of PAA and PAGP, including strategic positioning, organic growth activities, financial growth strategy and related matters. On the morning of May 21, 2014, the prepared presentation materials will be made available for viewing at www.plainsallamerican.com under the Investor Relations tab.
