Section 7 – Regulation FD
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 20, 2014, Apollo Education Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing the acquisition by its wholly-owned subsidiary Apollo Global, Inc. of a majority interest in Milpark Education (Pty) Ltd., a South African tertiary education provider. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
