On May 19, 2014, Edward Smolyansky, Chief Financial and Accounting Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Lifeway Foods, Inc. (the “Company”) appeared on the Howard Stern Show and discussed his role at the Company and his belief that the Company will probably have $150 million in sales in the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014.
This Form 8-K is being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) pursuant to Item 7.01 of Form 8-K and is therefore not to be considered “filed” with the SEC.
