Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 15, 2014, Escalera Resources Co. (the “Company”) issued a press release entitled “Escalera Resources Reports First Quarter Financial and Operating Results.” The release contains certain non-GAAP financial information. The reconciliation of such non-GAAP financial information to GAAP financial measures is included in the press release, and is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information in this Section 2.02 shall not be deemed “filed” for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing.

The Company conducted a conference call on May 15, 2014 to discuss the financial and operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2014. The call is available for replay through May 22, 2014.
