Appointment of Vice President of Product Management and Marketing
On May 15, 2014, Audience, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Edgar Auslander as the Company’s Vice President of Product Management and Marketing.
The press release issued by the Company on May 15, 2014 announcing Mr. Auslander’s appointment is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
