Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On May 15, 2014, Marco Levi, Senior Vice President and President of Emulsion Polymers, gave notice that he will be leaving Trinseo, effective in June 2014. Upon Mr. Levi’s departure, Christopher Pappas, President and Chief Executive Officer, will assume leadership of the Emulsion Polymers division on an interim basis. Mr. Pappas will also continue all of his existing responsibilities as President and Chief Executive Officer.
