Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 15, 2014, Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P., a subsidiary of Cheniere Energy, Inc., issued a press release announcing that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC, intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, $500 million aggregate principal amount of Senior Secured Notes due 2023. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
