On May 14, 2014, Puma Biotechnology, Inc. issued a press release announcing the expansion of the first cohort from its Phase II clinical trial of its lead drug candidate PB272 (neratinib) as a single agent in patients with solid tumors who have an activating HER2 mutation (basket trial). A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
