Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 14, 2014, HollyFrontier Corporation (the “Corporation”) issued a press release announcing an increase in the regular quarterly dividend to $0.32 per share from $0.30 per share and a special cash dividend of $0.50 per share. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated in this Item 7.01 in its entirety.
