Item 5.07                      Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
 
An annual meeting of shareholders of First National Corporation (the Company) was held on May 13, 2014 for the purpose of considering and acting upon the following matters:
 
(1)  
The election of 9 directors to serve for a term of one year;
 
(2)  
The approval of the Company’s 2014 Stock Incentive Plan;
 
(3)  
The ratification of the appointment of Yount, Hyde & Barbour, P.C. as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2014.
