Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 14, 2014, Coty Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2014. The release also includes forward-looking statements about the Company’s outlook for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this report by reference.
