(b) Miles McHugh is resigning as the Chief Accounting Officer of Accretive Health, Inc. (the “Company”) effective May 31, 2014. The duties of the Principal Accounting Officer will be performed on an interim basis by various Company personnel under the supervision of Sean Orr, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, until the Company appoints a new Principal Accounting Officer.
