Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 13, 2014, American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and on May 14, 2014, the Company issued quarterly supplemental financial information attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2, respectively, announcing its results of operations for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2014.

As disclosed in Item 2.02 above, on May 13, 2014 and May 14, 2014, the Company issued a press release and quarterly supplemental financial information attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, announcing its results of operations for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2014.
