Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers.
On May 7, 2014, Charlotte Xi resigned from the board of directors of Solar Power, Inc. (the “Company”) and as interim chief financial officer effective as of May 16, 2014. Ms. Xi will continue as the Company’s president and chief operating officer.
