Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 13, 2014, Cheniere Energy Partners LP Holdings, LLC (the "Company") announced an amendment to the record date of their recently declared quarterly cash dividend of $0.019 per common share representing limited liability company interest in the Company. The record date has been changed to May 23, 2014 from the previously announced date of May 20, 2014. This change assures that the dividend record date is consistent with the NYSE MKT requirements. On May 13, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing the amendment to the record date, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety. Information included on the Company's website is not incorporated herein by reference.
