Item 8.01 Other Events
On May 12, 2014, Kimball International, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the progression of the Company's planned spin-off of its Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) segment with the filing of an initial Form 10 Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
