On May 12, 2014, Chart Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Distribution & Storage Asia business has entered into a strategic supply agreement to provide Shandong Hanas New Energy Co. Ltd. with equipment for up to 50 permanent liquefied natural gas (LNG) fuel stations over the next 30 months. A copy of the news release is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
