Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 9, 2014, Cheniere Energy Partners LP Holdings, LLC (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.019 per common share representing limited liability company interest in the Company. The dividend will be payable on May 30, 2014 to shareholders of record as of close of business May 20, 2014. On May 9, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing the dividend, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety. Information included on the Company’s website is not incorporated herein by reference.
