On May 7, 2014, David L. Wenner, President and Chief Executive Officer, notified the board of directors of B&G Foods, Inc. of his intention to retire as President and Chief Executive Officer of B&G Foods in December 2014, following the completion of a process to choose his successor.  It is expected that Mr. Wenner will continue to serve as a director of B&G Foods following his retirement.
