At 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on May 8, 2014, Regency Centers Corporation hosted an earnings conference call to discuss its results for the 2014 first quarter. A portion of the audio for the call was temporarily lost. Since a portion of management’s comments may not have been heard, a transcript of the full conference call has been posted on the investor relations portion of the Company’s website at investors.regencycenters.com, under “Webcasts and Presentations.” This transcript will remain posted until the earnings conference call for the discussion of 2014 second quarter results.
