OTHER EVENTS

On May 7, 2014, Meadowbrook Insurance Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing an amendment to the record date of their recently declared quarterly dividend of $0.02 per common share. The record date has been changed to May 19, 2014 from the previously announced date of May 12, 2014. These changes assure that the dividend record date is consistent with the New York Stock Exchange requirements.
