Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

 

On May 7, 2014, Interphase Corporation (“Interphase” or the “Company”) held its annual meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, Interphase shareholders voted on four proposals and cast their votes as described below. The proposals are described in the Company’s definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A as filed with the SEC on April 4, 2014.

 

Proposal 1

An election of directors of the Company to serve until the next annual meeting for the Company was held. The following five individuals were elected as directors of the Company:
