Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 7, 2014, Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting financial results for the first quarter of 2014 and providing its guidance for the full year of 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
