Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 8, 2014, the Boise Cascade Company’s board of directors appointed Tom Corrick executive vice president of Wood Products effective immediately. Tom Corrick will be replacing Tom Lovlien who announced his retirement effective June 30, 2014. A copy of the related press release is attached to this 8‑K.
